Dear UCSB UCPath Functional Users, 

Please help us in improving UCPath at UCSB by participating in our 2nd Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey! 

The UCSB UCPath Stakeholder Survey is a bi-annual survey for functional UCPath users. Whether you are the occasional UCPath Transactor or in the system every day, we value your input and ideas. Our goal is to gather information about the UCPath experience on our campus and to further guide the work of the UCSB UCPath team.

In June of last year, the first survey was distributed. Those results provided valuable insight and guidance to the team on how to focus and prioritize our efforts for improvement. The summary can be found here. Some areas of improvement that have come as a direct result of the survey include: 

  • Technology Insider Section of UCPath Website 
  • New UCPath Communication Templates 
  • Weekly Tips and Topics emails with bite-sized training content 
  • Central Knowledge Base for UCPath Training material to begin in 2022
  • Valuable feedback that will guide UCPC initiatives, including: 
    • Systemwide Case Management to begin in 2022 
    • Systemwide User Access to begin in 2022
