- Addressing direct retro functionality gaps to enhance the user experience.
- Enhancing the accuracy of GL batch processing for better data integrity.
- Complying with current salary cost transfer rules and guidelines.
- Increasing the frequency of salary cost transfer data delivery to locations promptly.
- Shifting the focus toward GL accounting lines offering a centralized approach.
REMINDER: When to use the direct retro tool and the new salary cost transfer tool
- The Direct Retro module will be used for expenses paid before 10/4/2021 or have had a Direct Retro performed on the same paycheck before the new SCT go-live.
- The new SCT tool will be used for expenses paid on or after 10/4/2021 without a Direct Retro performed on the same paycheck.
