RE: UCPath Project - March Release and Cutover Information
As previously communicated, the March Release in UCPath is scheduled to go live on March 11, 2024. While this release has little to no impact on the UCPath user, you should still plan your work accordingly to avoid canceled transactions or cutover deadlines. During the scheduled downtime, employees, managers, and transactors will not have access to the system.

Please plan for this downtime and complete the necessary UCPath activities before the outage.
Prepping for Downtime:
- Coordinate between transactors and approvers.
- Review department processes and tasks that take place in March that may be impacted by deadlines and downtime.
- It is recommended to complete the approval of all AWE transactions before the downtime.
- Submit all requests/transactions by the deadlines communicated by Payroll, Timekeeping, Human Resources, and Academic Personnel.
- The 2024 Payroll Processing Schedule deadlines must be strictly followed for completing transactions and submitting interface files.
- Approve transactions before noon on Friday, March 8, 2024.
- Academic non-students require second-level approval. Please provide department approval by noon on March 7th, 2024 to allow AP time to approve before the final deadline.
- Utilize the Work List to identify pending transactions.
