RE: UCPath Project - Important SCT Redesign Preparation Information
 

In order to deploy the new Salary Cost Transfer Tool, the following work must be completed no later than November 3rd, 2023 at 5:00 pm PST. 

 

  • Approve and/or deny all pending Direct Retro (SCT) & Funding Entries
     

  • After November 3rd, all pending Direct Retro and Funding Entries will be canceled by UCPath.

 

From Monday, November 6th until Thursday, November 9th, 2023, expect the following UCPath GL (General Ledger) functions to be unavailable. 

  • Budget Distribution

  • Budget Distribution Upload

  • Funding Entry

  • Funding Upload

  • Review Direct Retros

  • Process Direct Retros

  • Process Benefit Cost Transfer

  • Review Benefit Cost Transfer

 

The UCPath GL will be back online on November 13th, 2023 along with the new SCT functionality. We will continue to communicate cutover information as we approach the go-live date.
