RE: UCPath Project - FINAL Reminder: March Release and Cutover Information
 


This is your final reminder that the March Release in UCPath is scheduled to go live on March 11, 2024. This is the last opportunity to avoid canceled transactions or cutover deadlines in UCPath. During the scheduled downtime, employees, managers, and transactors will not have access to the system.

Friday, March 8, 2024 at 12:00 pm 

Monday, March 11, 2024 at 6:00 am

 

Please plan for this downtime and complete the necessary UCPath activities before the outage.

  • Payroll Processing Before Downtime
    • Biweekly (240302B1X)
      • The transaction deadline is Thursday, February 29, 3:00 pm
      • Kronos Sign Off deadline is Tuesday, March 5, 11:00 am
  • Payroll Processing After Downtime
    • Biweekly (2403016B2X)
      • The transaction deadline is Thursday, March 14, 3:00 pm
      • Kronos Sign Off deadline is Tuesday, March 19, 11:00 am
    • Monthly (240331M0X)
      • The transaction deadline is Tuesday, March 19, 3:00 pm 
      • Kronos Sign Off deadline is Friday, March 22, 11:00 am

 

Ask UCPath will be unavailable on Saturday, March 9, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
