RE: Automate Additional Pay for Pay Cycle Process (E-014)

Dear UCSB UCPath Transactional Users,  

Please read the following as it contains important information regarding the Automation of Additional Pay for Pay Cycle Process (E-014). 

UCPath has identified the following issue with the “Automate Additional Pay for Pay Cycle” process (E-014):

  • When the prorate box is checked, it does not prorate “Recurring Additional Pay” transactions

Workarounds:

  • Refer to the list of workarounds for assistance in processing these transactions

Please note:

  • Defect UCP-105607 has been created in JIRA to address this issue
  • The prorate process for Additional Pay transactions for terminations is not impacted
