RE: UCPath Final End-of-Year Reminders
The following message contains several important reminders and pieces of information, so please read carefully.
Reminder: Job Record End Date Monitoring
As a reminder, please review the communication from UCPath Center regarding Jobs with Approaching End Dates.
The Jobs with Approaching End Dates in UCPath (R-103) report includes actions to take before December 31, 2020.
Note: Academic non-student transactions in UCPath are managed centrally. Additional information for this population was provided in a separate email from Academic Personnel. Also, any reference to the "Check the 'End Job Automatically' box to automatically terminate on the job end date" applies only to academic employees.
See the full message from the UCPath Center with Job Aids at the Location Support SharePoint website.
Reminder: Short Work Break Workaround Retired
The temporary workaround requiring employees with multiple concurrent jobs put on short work break to have the position’s FTE reduced to 0.01 to calculate the correct benefit eligibility has been retired. Locations no longer need to follow this workaround when putting employees who have multiple concurrent jobs on short work break.
