RE: UCPath Alert: Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) and Leave Assessment (VLA) issue

 

 

Hello UCSB UCPath Transactors, Approvers, & Inquirers,


UCPath has identified an issue in the processing of Salary Cost Transfers (SCT) resulting in Leave Assessment (VLA) reversal not being generated for SCTs on paychecks created between July 15, 2024, and November 25, 2024. After a thorough review, 385 SCTs were identified to have duplicated the VLA cost.

The UCPath team is working diligently to resolve the discrepancies from those pay periods so no further action is required from our campus. 

It is important to note that this issue only impacted SCTs processed between 7/15/24 and 11/25/24. Campus transactors may continue to process and approve SCTs.
