RE: UCPath Alert: Intermittent UCPath Error Message
Some users across UC locations, including Santa Barabra, are reporting issues when logging into UCPath such as the following error message.
UCPath is aware of this issue and is working on a resolution. If you encounter this error message, please clear your cache.
- Clear browser cache.
- If any issues arise when first logging back into UCPath, clear your cache.
- Clear for the previous 7 days or longer, and refresh the page after clearing.
- As a reminder, for the best UCPath online experience, please use one of the following web browsers:
