RE: TAM Temporary Workaround - Viewing Job Openings
Dear TAM Hiring Managers:
We have temporarily fixed a current issue in TAM where many hiring managers cannot view all of their job openings (open, closed/filled, draft or pending hire) if they don’t have at least one job opening in an "OPEN" status.
As a temporary workaround (while Oracle is fixing the identified bug), we have opened an HR dummy job opening (Job #30299-Title: HR Workaround for Viewing All Job Openings) and have added all hiring managers on campus to this one job posting. With this change, you should now be able to see all of your jobs in TAM. This dummy job opening will stay in your queue for the foreseeable future as this is the only way you will be able to see all of your postings until this issue is fixed by Oracle.
If you are unable to see your jobs in TAM at this time or have a new hiring manager in your department that already has a TAM hiring manager role but cannot see their jobs, or if you have any questions, please email Katherine Abad at katherine.abad@hr.ucsb.edu.
