RE: 3rd Reminder: Preparing for the UCPath Upgrade Cutover
Hello UCSB UCPath Transactors,
The UCPath Upgrade cutover begins this Friday, as we previously communicated on 11/16 & 11/30.
As part of a contingency plan, it is recommended that UCPath Initiators keep a record of all UCPath transactions submitted between December 13th & December 28th, in the event there is an issue with the upgrade.
REMINDER - UCPath will be unavailable during the following times:
Start Time: Friday, December 10, 12:00 p.m. |

End Time: Monday, December 13, 6:00 a.m. |

Please be sure to identify and complete all transactions before Friday (12/10) at 12:00 p.m.
- The 2021 payroll processing calendar deadlines must be strictly adhered to.
- Biweekly (B2) transaction deadline: Thursday, December 9th at 3 p.m.
