RE: 2nd Reminder: Preparing for the UCPath Upgrade Cutover
Hello UCSB UCPath Transactors,
On 11/16/21, the UCSB UCPath Team sent out a communication outlining some helpful tips to prepare your work for the 2021 UCPath upgrade cutover. As the cutover approaches, please be sure to identify all transactions that will need to be completed before the downtime. The 2021 payroll processing calendar deadlines must be strictly adhered to.
Take a moment to review the below information regarding important cutover deadlines:
Thursday, December 9th at 3 pm |
Biweekly (B2) transaction deadline |
Friday, December 10 at 12 pm |
UCPath system downtime begins |
Monday, December 13 at 6 am |
UCPath system downtime ends |
First Payroll after the Upgrade |
December 16th Pay Confirm & December 22nd Check Date |
