The following message includes key updates about the November Release in UCPath. Please review the information carefully, as some items could affect your work.

November Project Cutover:

The cutover weekend begins on Saturday, November 23, 2024, and ends on Sunday, November 24, 2024. The system downtime will be within the standard maintenance window on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 12:01 a.m. through 6:00 a.m.

General Ledger (GL) Lockdown:
 

No specific lockdown will be put in place for the General Ledger module. All functionality will continue to be available until the standard maintenance window on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 12:01 a.m. through 6:00 a.m.

Code Freeze:
 

As part of the release, the UCPath Center has implemented a code freeze that limits changes or configurations, such as adding or updating Departments and Location codes. This code freeze does not impact Smart HR Template/PayPath transactions.
