RE: UCPath Alert: Emails Not Sent from UCPath - Update 


 

As previously communicated, UCPath identified and resolved an issue that prevented some emails from being generated from UCPath.

This issue impacted 7,664 UCPath email notifications between August 16 at 5:00 p.m. and August 17 at 2:29 p.m. See Below for the types of affected emails, shown below with status and next steps: 

 

Email Type

Status/Next Steps

Inbound file error notifications

 

Examples: time files, one-time pay files

  • Users can view the status of submitted files on the interface dashboard
  • UCPath will resend E-10 error reports on August 19, 2022

Critical outbound notifications

 

Examples: Benefit enrollment confirmation statements, direct deposit update confirmations, notifications about benefit eligibility

  • UCPath will provide lists of employees with an open benefit event (eligible to enroll in benefits) August 22, 2022,
  • UCPath is also determining if these emails can be resent to affected employees

Non-Critical Outbound Notifications

 

Examples: Application confirmations

  • These emails cannot be regenerated
