Dear UCSB UCPath Transactional Users,  

The June Release 2023 in UCPath is now live. Thank you for all of your consideration and coordination of work leading up to this change.

Post Go-Live Hypercare

• From June 20th to July 14th special focus will be given to any issues that may have been caused by the June Release.
  • Follow the same reporting process if an issue is encountered
    • ServiceNow (HR/BFS) and AP @ap-path@ucsb.edu
    • UCPath Case
  • The UCSB PMO team will participate in the UCPath daily stabilization calls

Some Important Tips and Reminders: 

• Following the updates, some transactors may encounter a dialogue box like the one shown below. If the dialog box appears, users simply click “OK” to proceed. 
  • This is a known issue that UCPath is working with Oracle to resolve. 

• As with any upgrade, users may need to clear their browser cache.

• For the best UCPath online experience, please use the latest version of one of the following web browsers:
  • Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari
    • Note: Internet Explorer 11 is no longer a supported browser.
